Support the end-to-end billing process — claim preparation, submission, payment posting, and follow-up — for U.S. healthcare clients. This is an entry-level, on-site role in Lahore with full training; fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit clean insurance claims
- Post payments and reconcile accounts
- Follow up on unpaid and rejected claims
- Maintain accurate billing records in the client's system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to work the night shift (U.S. hours)
Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes in line with payer requirements and clinical documentation for U.S. healthcare clients. On-site in Lahore, night shift.
Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation and assign accurate codes
- Ensure coding compliance and accuracy
- Support denial review and coding audits
- Collaborate closely with the billing team
Requirements
- Medical coding experience preferred
- CPC or CCS certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT
- Strong attention to detail and English communication
Work outstanding and denied claims for U.S. practices — identify root causes, appeal, and recover revenue. On-site in Lahore, night shift.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- RCM or A/R experience preferred
- Understanding of U.S. payer processes

Manage provider enrollment and credentialing with U.S. payers — CAQH, PECOS, and applications — for healthcare clients. On-site in Lahore, night shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications
- Maintain CAQH profiles and documentation
- Follow up with payers through approval
- Track revalidation and re-credentialing dates
Requirements
- Credentialing or healthcare admin experience preferred
